I had the opportunity to intern at Airtel as a Product Analyst, where I contributed to key projects involving sales analysis, product improvement, and performance enhancement. One of my primary tasks was analyzing regional sales data to uncover insights that helped guide senior management decisions. I also provided critical feedback on the technical product used by the telecalling team, which led to significant efficiency improvements. Through this role, I gained a deeper understanding of how customer-centric strategies drive success in a competitive market. This experience also allowed me to interact with and learn from a highly dynamic team, enriching both my technical and managerial skill set.
