Sweta Kumari

During my two-month internship with the Dalmia Bharat Group’s retail venture, Hippo Homes, I joined the marketing team, focusing on driving footfall and revenue growth. One of my key responsibilities was to provide a framework for the launch of a new segment i.e., integrating Vastu Consultancy Services, which was successfully rolled out at two locations. I conducted thorough market research, analyzed customer data, and identified key trends that helped me prepare the launch plan. Moreover, I contributed to the expansion plan of the modular kitchen business by identifying unique selling propositions (USPs) and market gaps. I also played a key role in designing and executing marketing communications across various channels to ensure alignment with customer needs and competitive positioning.
