Admissions Open for MBA (IB), MBA (HRD) and MBA (BA) 2026–28 at Delhi School of Economics

The Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce and Business, Delhi School of Economics (University of Delhi) has officially announced the opening of applications for the XXXII batch of MBA (International Business – IB), MBA (Human Resource Development – HRD), and the IV batch of MBA (Business Analytics – BA) for the academic session 2026–28.
These MBA programs are known for their academic excellence and strong industry-oriented curriculum, designed to prepare students for competitive roles in international trade, analytics-based business decision-making, and human resource management.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from the University of Delhi or any other recognized institution, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Relaxation in minimum marks is available to candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories, and to those applying under the following supernumerary seats: Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel (CW), Foreign Students, Ward Quota (Teaching and Non-Teaching), and Orphan Quota.
Women applicants who do not belong to supernumerary categories will receive an augmentation of five marks in the calculation of the Composite Score at the time of merit list preparation.
Admission and Selection Process
Admission to MBA (IB), MBA (HRD), and MBA (BA) will be based on the following components:

Personal Interview and Extempore
It is important to note that candidates must apply separately for the CAT 2025 examination through the official IIM CAT portal, and for the MBA programs through the Department of Commerce.
IIMs have no role in the selection or conduct of these programs.

Applications will be accepted through online mode only. Details of the online application procedure will be available on the official Department website.
